I received a box for my swap and no returns label. Have contacted sky and they still have not sent a label. Cannot get anyone on the phone or live chat. Managed to get online chat before but all I seem to get is the robot.

@Peach25 checking the package again as apparently the label is very small and easy to miss

You are doing to have to call Sky again about this so if you are able to print it yourself ask them to emai it to you,

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately many phone calls and didn't get rectified. A case had to be raised by omblisman. It was resolved within 6 weeks.

When you call sky. The call handlers lie pass the buck. This was investigated and sky were seen at fault. It's good all calls are recorded.
