Sky piggy bank why do I get asked if I want to roll it over? So i rolled over 35GB, where have I to?

Why am I asked if I want to roll over data, which I have 35GB of data in piggy bank, so I did in increments of 5GB s where have I rolled it to exactly? Also everywhere says sky rolls it over automatically! So why is it asking me if I want to do it, does it expire each month? It's totally confusing to me, I know it expires after a year as I lost a ton of it without realising. Basically why do I need to roll it over if it goes automatically? Have I manually rolled it over and rolled it over to where, and don't say into piggy bank..... As its allready there??? 35GBs in my bank I rolled it........... (3 little piggys in the bed and the little one said "roll over," so they all rolled over and 1 fell out and the other one said roll over "roll over " so he rolled over and he fell out..... So on and so forth.... It's a nursery rhyme... About as confusing as sky! Hope someone can help. Cheers. I am an older lady so I'm bound to be confused 🙂

@Raz6

Any unused data at the end of your month (your billing date)  rolls into the piggybank anutomatically. If you need some data on your device(s) due to you almost using up your monthly allowance then you can roll it from the piggybank to your device.

Just leave it on your phone as you will not lose out because it will roll back to your piggybank as I mentioned above.

Okay thanks it will just go back into my piggybank on its own,? Also then how long can I keep this 35 GB? Do they dissappear bit by bit because some were added longer ago therfore have expired etc... So it's rolling and disappearing  too etc Sorry it's just weird to me

Any data in your pifgybank stays in it for 12 months before it is auto deleted.

@Raz6  You can keep data for a maximum of 12 months

so any data rolled at the end of June is yours until end of June 25 and so on
