Logged in using my sky ID, it will not let me view my billing or anything saying 'page restricted'. Won't even allow me to chat to anybody as it's telling me to log in even though I'm already logged in?!

Yes it's definitely the correct log in etc, I've even reset the password

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
