Hi, I recently cancelled my sky mobile but have a credit of €161 on my account. I would like to know when I will receive this money back?

It can take 2-3 weeks for it to be returned, if it has been any longer then give Sky Ireland a call.

I believe the Sky Ireland Customer Services are closed over a weekend so call on a weekday if necessary.
