May have but I lost my patience so left it .but now I need to add more data and I can't get on

It comes up with there's an error after I fill in surnnane postcode etc

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

After speaking with Mrbear365b we checked the account and advised to call and speak with the dedicated Sky ID team to get this resolved.
