Your post isn't very clear as to why or if you want to return the phone, if you do want to return the phone then you will need to contact Sky so they can get the return label and box sent out to you.

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is primarily a customer to customer forum.

 

Your duplicate threads have been removed. You have this one. 

If this is a new device, then as long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Dial 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Some more information is available here

Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.

Am order i phone 15pro and i got the dilvery everything is good but after i receive the parcal sky cancle my credit agreement ... now am calling them last 10 day they did not give me any response please help
