Well finally in Ireland after an agent asking me did I want to be notified about sky mobile last month I got an email to ask did I want to be on the list first to know.
my question is for Sky Mobile users in England, I know Sky has the iPhone 15 pro max but I was wondering how long after it was released did it become available on Sky mobile. Wondering as the iPhone 16 release is this month and hoping Sky will have it before Christmas, does anyone know when they first had the iPhone 15 available in England after it's release. Thanks

Last year with the iphone 15 you could pre-order it from 15th September and then it was on general sale from the 22nd September if that helps.

Re: Sky Mobile iPhone
Thanks excellent just what I wanted to hear. Just wondering what the options were to purchase the phone last year after realise was it full payment off phone up front or was their other options like pay a once off cheaper price for phone and enter a contract with unlimited calls, texts, internet.
Reason I ask is sometimes I buy upfront straight from Apple and other years I buy from a provider with the phone at a lower price but enter a contract
if you have any knowledge off this is appreciate it

I have no idea on that so you will have to see what happens when they go live on the site.

Re: Sky Mobile iPhone
Apple haven't even launched the device yet which looks like this will happen on Monday 9th September so no Sky does not have it on their site yet.

The availability date will be announced on the above event - it's usually 1-2 weeks after the event. (Some particular devices may be a little later)

Hi @Luke+Samuel paying upfront from Apple would be less expensive than a contract with sky, normally over the term of the contract the total paid is a couple of hundred pounds more than from Apple.

Re: Sky Mobile iPhone
Hi thanks for letting me know. With Vodafone and other providers here you can usually get the new pro max for roughly half the price off Apple but you pay more over 18 or 24 months with a monthly bill. I upgrade every year and I have used service like that before pay more over 2 years but it's cheaper up front. Last year I bought direct from Apple definitely cheaper but €1449 is a lot to spend in one go. This year I was thinking off giving my phone to my wife and spending the bit extra not to have to pay around €14-1500 in one go and as Sky will be new I'm considering doing that with them providing the contract price include calls, texts, and unlimited data so I will have to wait and see what Sky launch. In England for example last year because I can't get on the site here, do they sell the iPhone15 at the moment with a upfront cost and a monthly amount in a contract and does it include your calls, texts and data. If anyone had the time to screenshot some off their plans at the moment for the 15 pro max with calls, texts and data id be interested to see what's available on the 15 pro max now in England. I'd be hoping it be pretty similar when it arrives here in a few weeks. I'm thinking off holding off going pre sale with Apple after the launch next week and any information on their current plans on 15 pro max be greatly appreciated or would anyone know how I can browse sky mobile England from my phone or iPad because it just redirects me to the Irish page. It's just small research I'm doing ahead off the launch
