Swap box/ return label not received

When I recieved my phone the outer box was ripped, I have not received a box or cable to return it. Please can you help with this

As we are customers here you will need to call Sky so they can get a label (and packaging if you do not have your own)  sent to you. The number to call them on from a phone that has a Sky sim in it is just 150.

Need to return my Samsung phone as I have the new Google phone now. I have cleared the phone to return. I have a box but no label

If there was no label on the inside of the box then you will need to follow the advice given in the post above yours.
