I keep trying to convert my sim to an eSIM but when trying to send security code it says sending failed I've tried numerous times and still can't get it to work I have even phoned but it hasn't been fixed yet

Why hasn't this been fixed? Posts have been ongoing for months about this issue! There should be a warning before buying your phone because without being able to convert to eSIM it's a brick
