Hi I now have no Sky Mobile active sims as I cancelled them all and moved to a different provider. My bill is showing is £12 in credit. What happens to this; how do I get it back?

Find out moreIt can take weeks for the credit to be automatically refunded to you but we can help via here to get this speeded up for you via Sky's messaging team who if you prefer will contact you via a private message on here about this so let us know if you are happy to be contacted via them.
