Hi,
I am a Sky Ireland mobile customer and my phone was stolen so I've bought a replacement physical SIM which I need to activate. In the new SIM box it has a QR code which brings me to my account, and when I click on the activate replacement SIM link, it brings me to a broken page. I cannot find any other way of activating it. I have also tried ringing the helpline multiple times and it brings me to Sky UK and they can't access my account to help. As far as I can see there is no phone number to call Sky Ireland for help (I am calling from abroad).
Can anyone help/provide me with a working link to activate a replacement SIM?

The Sky Ireland 0818 phone number only works for calls from the ROI.
