Sim

Evening, 

 

I have installed my new Sim I received today, but before installing it I removed my old one and inserted the new one I got. My sim isn't going to be properly activated until the 8th of July and I need it before hand for work purposes etc. I am also a carer for my mum so need it as soon as possible for any type of emergency's. 

How can I get my sim activated as soon as possible? If not could I potentially get an ESim?

Hi @Jordann0129  you can activate your sim now. If you are trying to port your number from a different network to sky then that can't be done at weekends and would start on Monday/Tuesday. If that's what's holding you up then your old sim will still work until the port is completed.
