Can't make calls or texts seem to be a problem with sim, have contacted sky and they couldn't send one have passed it to another team and 'will contact me' any ideas how to get a replacement sent

Hi @Jesta456 the only way is by calling sky and asking them to send one. You used to be able to do it via your mobile account but sky removed that option.
