Sim question

New customer to sky. Still within cooling off period. Can I keep the phone and continue paying it and cancel the Sim?

Hi @Gem121  yes you can. If you haven't activated the sim then don't and it will drop off your account. If it's been activated then call sky on 150 to cancel, can't be done online.

Yes @Gem121  if not activated it drops off your account after 30 days.
