I cannot get into my hotmail
account because part of the sign in process is to receive a verification code via text. My mobile number hasn't changed and it is correct on my account yet the code never comes through. I receive them for other services eg banking etc but this seems to be a recent issue as it wasn't a problem a few months ago (last received in August) Anyone else experiencing this and know how to resolve?
