I got a new sim with a new sim contract I was told I didn't need a PAC number as I was keeping my old phone number. I have tried to activate it without a pac number didn't work. Problem ...... I can't dial out it says " no network" all my sky accounts are working properly any ideas please.

Do you now have two sims because if you do you will be paying for both of them. If you want to keep your original number on your other Sky sim then you need to use that.
