I’ve just upgraded my phone as I finished the contract on my old one. My new plan is not visible

I upgraded my phone after I payed off my last one. I stayed with sim but wanted to keep the same sim plan, they sent me a new sim and I inserted it into the new phone. But the sim still hasn't activated after 24 hours.

Take the SIM out of your old phone and put it in your new phone...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
