Sim isn’t working

Why isn't my sim working in my phone, I have paid the payments for the monthly, my phone is only phone only contract so the sim I have in the phone should work as normal

Was a bill paid late, if not can you not do anything from making a call to using mobile data ?

Yess last months bill was £48 because I missed the payment and paid it off,  but sim isn't with sky so why isn't the phone working

If the sim isn't with Sky then you would need to speak to whoever it is with if you can't make calls etc...

I seem to recall that Sky do restrict devices (using IMEI) for unpaid device payments.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I just called sky they said the phone is actively working it's not restricted or anybtinf as I paid the balance off

So Sky have told you the phone isn't restricted so have you spoken to the network your sim is from ?
