Sim card

My son uses the sim card i got goven when got broadband from you and is under 16 and keep getting sales calls even though my mobile number is the primary number to call me on and worried he will get sogned up to some thing with him being autistic and easily lead by offers

@Kelly+b+2023  Sales calls can be made to any number the fact you are the account holder has no bearing whatsoever 

 

there is nothing you can do but block the numbers directly on the handset

Hi @Kelly+b+2023 you could try turning off the marketing's calls etc in your account.

@63johnw but wouldn't the above block @Kelly+b+2023 themselve from receiving the calls on their mobile if they wanted to receive them

Yes @SKY1992bf  it would stop all marketing calls etc for the account but would stop the child getting them as that seemed to be the important part for the OP. But yes you are correct 👍🏼
