No signal on eSIM

Republic of Ireland user issue:

 

I have received a SMS message from Sky

"Great news! My mobile number has been successfully transferred and is now ready for use. "

 

This was 2 hours ago and I still have no signal, I cannot ring or receive calls, etc. 

 

Furthermore I received an SMS message: "if you cant access the internet, follow the settings link: iphonesettings?k+VBYibC

 

I downloaded this profile in my settings and still no joy. 

 

When can I expect to recieve phone signal from this eSIM? A physical sim is not an option as there is already a physical sim working in this iPhone. 

 

To clarify, I was using a Three eSIM on the iphone 14 with no issues prior to changing to sky and SKY porting ny number etc.
