Sim card that hasn’t arrived

Hello my name is Darrell. I would like to know when my SIM card gonna arrive. You keep on giving me different dates first class post second class post what are you gonna give me next? It's not coming. I want to know when it is coming would you send me a message saying it's definitely coming otherwise I'm gonna start getting very very annoyed. I would like my zoom card please I am a member of sky and I have been a long time. Why? I just want a Sim card for my phone? That's all I want. I'm being very very kind asking you to send me a SIM card for my phone that I haven't got and I should've had around a week a week and a half ago is for my iPhone 11 iPhone 16 pro Max And the phone can be used with a Sim card I got but I want to put my sky SIM card inside it without the Sim card it's gonna be useless. It isn't at the moment so I got my E SIM card in it and that runs out pretty soon Thank you. If I want you to get back to this message. I know you don't like going to messages at all, I don't know why you got a problem out in messages but why don't you just answer this message from me? Thank you bye

You aren’t directly contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.

 

As you've been correctly informed SIM cards are sent out via Royal Mail so I'm afraid you need to wait for the postie to deliver it. Sky won't contact you or message you as a result of you posting on here, in fact they won't know who you are from a post.
