New phone not showing in my devices

I have tried to activtae sim and want to change billing date however new device not showing in my devices or under billing

I previously had phones with sky (several years ago) whichg are still showing.

It might be that this new order is on a different account so if this doesn't work you will need to call Sky so they can look into this and to activate the account for you,

I clicked on link account however message shows already linked but phone still not showing
