I have activated my mobile sim but still asking me to activate? Is it still saying this as I haven't put it in a phone yet? I have all the details and showing on my account . But on the home page it keeps asking me to activate the sim. Any ideas?

I was guessing it might be something like that was just waiting to give it to my daughter. I'll put it on my phone and try . Thank you
