Sim card not

My phone keeps saying no sim card inserted this is happening alot last week over 9 hours i had no phone again today its doing the same! Luckily i have wifi so can still make some kind of contact with people i have been with sky many years but this is becoming beyond a joke now what am i actually paying for for this to keep happening!

What did Sky say when you reported this to them?

 

Have you tried reseating the SIM?  Do you have another SIM to try (to eliminate a fault with the phone)?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

They still havent really resolved the matter to be honest nightmare 

 

 

And yes used another sim and works fine just this seems to be happening more often now my son is also with sky moblie and has happened to his phone also

If there's no local mast issue then a replacement SIM would be the next thing to try...
