@Universal+credit You will only be able to return the device if you've had it less than 31 days, if that is the case then you will have to call Sky and request the returns packaging, no-one on the forum can assist further as we are all just fellow customers.

If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Some more information is available here

Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.
