unable to buy a new phone on pc or mobile

i'm trying to buy a new phone, the site gets all the way to the checkout page where it gives me a bill, but no option to pay/ buy the phone.

i've tried on phone and pc, and the account im using is the account i used to buy my router and brodband.

Have you tried not using that account so making sure you are logged out when placing the order, it might also be worth clearing your cookies or at least the Sky ones before you try again. If the same happens then your only option will be to call Sky:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

i get to the step before the checkout before it asks me to sign in where i have the same issue, not cookies because i also tried on the  my sky app, I'm not on sky mobile yet, but i will now need to wait until tomorrow to call
