Sim Card Replacement

So I know how to request a replacement sim card but It asks me for a code which they send to me throught text message but i cant recieve any calls or texts as my current sim has been deactivated how can i get the code so i can request my sim

Hi @Josh552  are you trying to activate an esim or physical sim ? As the code for the physical sim is in the packaging it came in.

Im trying to request a replacement as my current sim has been deactivated as i accidently deactivated it so i need a new sim which will have the activation code in it

The only way to get this ordered is by calling Sky.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Alright thanks can this also be sorted in a Sky Store too as I personally find it easier to sort it in person?
