I upgraded my mobile contract over the phone earlier but the link to sign doesn't work

Hello please can someone help.

 

I been sent a new mobile contract to sign, my account is linked and have received an email to sign so went through to my sky account.. There is a link saying sign here but it doesnt do anthing. There are no messages showing any information but I have paid my one off fee today for the new contract. 

can anyone suggest abything please as I really dont want to hold it up any longer than I have to.
