I'm going I can't be without phone I need it for my carers it's disgusting Iv been constantly trying to speak to someone sine Monday

I spoke with Sky yesterday who are sending a new sim.
No clear explanation as to why the current one isn't working nor the other two on my account.
In my original conversation I was told Network Services would contact me within 48hrs. That was Monday (16th) with no contact yet.

Same here and I can't get to speak the anyone to ask for new sims so I have no choice but to change providers

Same for the past week, have spent hours on the phone going round in circles doing all the troubleshooting everything I'm self employed need the phone for work can receive data and calls can't make calls or use data I get the same message as you each and every time, I'm currently paying for a monthly rolling sim with someone else at more cost to myself on top of the £180 a month a actually spend with sky. Absolute shambles 8 days now nothing no updates just the same spiel every time I call them. I'll be sending everything back soon enough if it is not resolved.

We have had the same problem on and off for a while now, even new SIMs and same problem, they blame the phones but my O2 SIM has no problems at all. Think it's time for us to move networks as we are missing important calls and texts and OTP delays are ridiculous!!!
