Hi my sky mobile account has dissappeared from my app so cannot see any bills or roll my piggy bank gbs to our contracts. (Very frustrating as currently on holiday - in the same country but with teenage boys) have an option to link my accounts but when I put in my details it says already linked? Have emailed sky but waiting on a response? Does anyone know how to fix this? Have deleted app and re-installed it and still not working. Thanks.

Hi @Mfmobile if you are sure you are using the correct login details then you will need to call sky for help. What happens if you try and login at sky.com ?
