Scam calls

I keep receiving scam calls from people saying they are from Sky mobile. It's 1 or 2 a day and I want to change my number.  But I can't find any info on sky site.

You can only change your number if you've had the sim for more than 12 months. Changing won't get you a new number as they are very rare and most numbers nowadays are recycled. 

If you have had it more than 12 months just order a new sim when logged into your account (don't accidentally order a replacement). It will come with a different number. When its activated call Sky on 150 to cancel the old number.

Otherwise Sky won't change it unless the calls/texts are threatening and you've reported the incidents to the police.
