SMS texts

A company says that they are sending an SMS verification code but I receive nothing! Getting very frustrated with this and wonder if there is a setting that I need to change to rectify this.

It should work so another way to contact Sky is via the heir social media kinks at the bottom of this page. Facebook Messemger can also be used to send them a message.

Re: SMS texts

I had a similar issue and it turned out my messaging settings had changed after an update. I went into my phone's message settings and re-enabled sending over the mobile network.

Re: SMS texts

I had a similar issue and found that using sms.to worked well for sending texts online when regular SMS wasn’t going through. It’s easy to use from a browser and came in handy when I needed to message someone urgently.
