Phone upgrade

Hi I've been trying to upgrade for the last 30mins and press add to basket and it goes from blue to pale blue and then doesn't add anything it's very frustrating

Give Sky a call (dial 150 free from your current Sky mobile) and the agent can place the order for you as long as you're eligible to upgrade.

Hi @ShineOn  this does seem to happen for some customers, if you can't do it online then you will need to call sky on 150 so they can.
