Re: SCAM
@TAMHAMILTON it sounds like you have unfortunately indeed been scammed
you need to urgently contact Sky directly yourself by following the advice posted by @caesarome above

Re: SCAM
Hi @TAMHAMILTON yes you have been scammed, probably as part of the scam call some of your details were handed over to the scammers who then used your account to order a phone to your address. You should have then contacted sky and informed them and they would have advised of the correct address to use. The scammers have sent an address label with the postman and they will now have the phone and ad it's on your account you will currently be being charged for it. You need to call sky to start an investigation, you should also inform the police/action fraud.

That was a scam call as that would have not been from Sky as Sky do not come to people's home to updrade sim cards so as advised if you haven't already you need to contact Sky and as soon as you can.

Re: SCAM
I believe it can take a while to sort out but as you appear to be getting nowhere then try putting in a complaint:
https://www.sky.com/help/complaints
If you can avoid posting in capitals that would help as well.

Well yes, because otherwise they couldn't have ordered the phone in the first place. Unfortunately it's likely that you inadvertently provided the necessary information during that first scam call about 'upgrading a SIM' (which isn't a thing)
Falling for the initial approach and then handing over the hardware (albeit unknowingly) is going to make further approaches more likely.
