I have tried several times to roll data from my piggy bank, it is being deducted but has not appeared on my sim. Usually when I roll data, it is transfered instantly. I currently have absolutely zero data on my phone and am left unable to access anything with no access to the internet. I'd very much appreciate some help, thankyou.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf this is still an issue give Sky a call when they open (dial 150 free). They can move data for you and investigate why this is happening.

I'm having the same issue as well, rolled 2gb twice at 6:40am and 1gb at 11:00am

Just rang them. Person said it's a known issue and engineers are working on it. My data should be updated in the next hour.
