Rolled data not appearing

I have tried several times to roll data from my piggy bank, it is being deducted but has not appeared on my sim. Usually when I roll data, it is transfered instantly. I currently have absolutely zero data on my phone and am left unable to access anything with no access to the internet. I'd very much appreciate some help, thankyou.

If this is still an issue give Sky a call when they open (dial 150 free). They can move data for you and investigate why this is happening.

I'm having the same issue as well, rolled 2gb twice at 6:40am and 1gb at 11:00am

Just rang them. Person said it's a known issue and engineers are working on it. My data should be updated in the next hour.
