Returned phone and still charged
Hi I've returned my old phone but I'm still being charged for it

If this was part of a 'swap' that's correct and you'll need to give Sky time to receive the device, process it, check it for damage and confirm its valuation.

It can take up to 3 weeks for a returned device to be inspected and for your account to update.
