Hello I have changed my mind about a Samsung watch so I returned the post man picked it up on Thursday the 18 June but I never got a receipt or any prove I put it in a sky package that was sent out by Sky and that was tracked would that be ok would they get it ok

They should get it but when returning items like this you really should do it via the post office so you can get a receipt so you can both track it and prove to Sky if needs be that you have returned it.

Hello I ordered a galaxy Samsungs s26 phone and Galaxy Samsung watch classic but changes my mind about the watch so I returned the watch on the 17 of June my mobile bill was due on the 3 June and sky still took the full amount so they charged me for the watch how long does it take for sky to take it of my account

It can take 2-4 weeks for returned items to be processed so keep an eye on a future bill for a credit for the amount you have already paid against it.

Yes I did it went back by Royal Mail
