Dialling local numbers whilst abroad

I recentlyvisited Croatia and tried calling a number of local numbers to book restaurants or speak with tour guides, each time it said number not recognised. Checked the correct dialling codes, removing 0's and using the correct international code for Croatia. Even got the tour guide to type in the number, but still not recognised. Is there something blocking dialibg local numbers whilst abroad?

This might be a spend cap issue as calling local numbers while abroad will see you charged at international rates so if you are fine with this then try adjusting your spend cap which you can do via the MySky app.
