Travelled abroad

I am in india rn and i couldnt pay bills for 6 months also i lost the sim card and i will yravrl back to uk this september. So i have cleared the outstanding bill but it still shows my account is restricted and this whole scenario has affected my credit score. What i should do now to minimize the damage and to get the simcard?

@Sahithik
If you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription (but you’ll still owe the arrears).

If this is part of a credit agreement purchase (Sky Mobile or Sky Glass) non payment can see the credit agreement cancelled at which point the full amount becomes due in one payment.

Not paying for 6 months is unlikely to make Sky think you're a risk worth taking for future credit.

Realistically Sky doesn't have to accept you back as a customer under those circumstances.
