Return label

Hello, I received my new phone a few weeks ago but no return label to exchange my previous phone so I called sky and the lady said she would get one sent out but that was over a week ago and still not received it and I'm now paying for 2 phones which I can't afford to do , the lady said it would be an easy exchange but this is not my experience sadly

@A+Hanley

You may need to re contact Sky to chase it up (although the delay may be down to Royal Mail).

@A+Hanley

There should be a small return label on the inside of the packaging your new phone came in so if you do have this then when you give Sky they should work out the quickest way to get it to you, so they might email it to you if you have a printer.

Re: Return label

I'm having the same issue.

The bot can't help me - is there an email I can send to request a fresh label?

Also, do I need to cancel the contact prior to posting?

thank you

@Pfairfield  You need to call Sky on 150 from a Sky Sim orSky Talk Landline.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
