Upgrade
My upgrade order was cancelled due to adress mismatch. I recently changed my adress and my credit file still has my old adress. Can you please place my order using my old adress for the credit check but deliver it to my new edinburgh adress. Or run a manual review?

We can't do that as we're other customers, not Sky.
I'm not aware that Sky can run a 'manual check'. You will need to ensure the details are correct before ordering.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
