Removing parental control

I'm trying to remove parental control and my card details are not being recognised

@Ash74  Are you using a credit card?

 

debit cards won't work

Yes I'm using a credit card and it keeps saying use a valid card number

In addition to using a credit card, the only other way is if you have signed a credit agreement with Sky, then they will already know you are 18 or over so if you call them later they can deactivate this for you.
