Refund

Ordered a phone payed the deposit , phone was not in stock when I ordered it . Asked to cancel prefer . I've been waiting over 2 weeks for the refund . I would not recommend sky to anyone. I have mobiles , mac book and tv and broadband. Been with sky for years , I would say they are getting worse . I would never recommend sky. Looking for different suppliers

Refunds in these cases should take about 14 days. If it's longer you need to contact Sky to chase it up.

Sorry refund should be issued straight away from date of cancellation. They are quick enough to chase for payment . Take payment any day they like . Sky are a absolute joke of a company.

You are only telling other customers that and yes I agree with you but you have to work with how it is so you will have to chase this up by calling Sky.

That doesn't work for any refund …

  • after cancelling a subscription it's about 6 weeks
  • after failing a credit check it's 14 days 
  • after cancelling an order it's 14 days
