Failed delivery

DPD try 3x deliver my I Phone but the first attempt driver didn't ring my door bell and I was at home waiting for that delivery. Other 2 attempts was absolutely pointless cause I couldn't be home those days cause I do work 12h shifts. I did tell to DPD customer service my situation and they told me driver will come back and guess what never did. So I lost my time and still no phone. I just want to cancel all of it now cause it's going to be over and over the same issue

Hi @Kate2210  the only way to cancel is by calling sky. I would imagine now that delivery has failed 3 times it will be returned to sky anyway.

@Kate2210

For any future delivery, if you have a family member with the same surname as you and with the necessary photo I.D. they should be able to accept it on your behalf at your address during the 1 hour window sent by DPD.
