Refund

Plz send my refund of111 pound which you as upfront for Mobile but you cancel my contract you told me to refund it in 14 days but I have not received yet

If this amount was due after a credit check failed and still hasn't been received after 14 days you'll need to call Sky to chase it up. To call Sky dial 150 (free) from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile or alternatively use the following link

UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number.

The posting of full phone numbers isn’t permitted on the forum.

Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

It can take 2-3 weeks to be refunded so if it hasn't been then as we are customers here you will need to call Sky about this.

 

Your order might have been cancelled during to a failed credit check.
