Ordering an item but being sent a text message from sky and you don’t know what it means
I've been sent a text message from sky you may need to sign a CCA form to complete order. But I've been sent an email saying my order has gone through, so I'm now confused as to if there's something I need to do.

Hi @LilyBloomfield if you have placed an order to pay monthly for a device then you will have needed to sign a credit agreement. This can be done online. If you haven't signed it then your device won't be sent.
