Receiving that phone calls on new mobile for somebody else

Can anyone help I got a new contract mobile with sky a couple of weeks ago since then I have been bombarded by text messages and phone calls by that company's after somebody else who's not me how can I stop this. Sky is obviously recycled a phone number. and not done what they need to do their end to stop this happening and  I'm even getting text messages from sky for this person sent to contact the credit department

You will need to call Sky on 150 and explain this to them as they might agree to cancel the sim (and number) and then order another one for you and while that will also have a recycled number the chances of it happening again must be quite sim.
