Refund
I ordered a phone and iPad on finance and then sky took my money before telling me that I wasn't eligible. It has been 14 and I still don't have my £117 back!! Please get back to me ASAP

I would give them a call about this.
150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
