Short Code Numbers
Why can customers not text Short Code Numbers?
This is an issues that needs to be resolved as customers not made aware of this when contracts set up.
Contract clearly states if outside plan extra charges apply. I Have no issue with this but have an issue when extra charge applied but not allowing text to be processed I do have issue with.

If you can not text a short code number then it needs reporting to Sky on 150.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Absolutely ridiculous. I am 3 days trying to get help on the Sky WhatsApp. I keep getting different people asking the same questions over and over. Then after all that they say they have to leave for a meeting or a tea break and it starts all over again. Never ever ever encountered such bad customer service. Like you I'm quite willing to pay if I want to use short code texts. My next move is to get a complaint number and to contact ComReg. I've had enough.

I called yesterday evening . Got nowhere. Just before they were closing I was told they have a problem with short codes at present. I actually don't know if it's the truth or if they just wanted to get rid of me. It follows the WhatsApp conversations where they just kept having "meetings" or "tea breaks" at a certain point of the conversation. Maybe ComReg is my next step.
